Melisa Machado is a poet and journalist from Uruguay whose work has been honored by the Uruguayan Ministry of Education and Culture. Her reading (in Spanish), titled "Eros, otra vez," will examine the tradition of bold women writers in Uruguay. The event is sponsored by Hispanic Studies and begins at 12 noon in Rochambeau House (84 Prospect St). Ezra Miller '10 will present several poems in translation.
